What investments are available through Icon?

The Icon plan includes low-cost, institutionally priced funds, from some of the world’s most respected and experienced asset managers.

The investments available through Icon were selected by our independent advisory board, which consists of members who are all experts in investing. Our target date funds are managed by State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), one of the largest and most respected asset managers in the world.

When you start saving in Icon, your money will be automatically invested in a target date fund that corresponds to your age. By using low fee target date fund, Icon eliminates the need for an advisor and their associated fees.

Of course, you can always opt out of the target date fund and mix your own portfolio by selecting investments from a menu of funds available through Icon.

As a point of comparison, the average fees on a target date fund are 0.55%.

Icon’s target date funds have a low flat fee of just 0.09%.
